The Farm

Introduction
The farm has been built up over the last 100 years and now Newbottle Estate Farms is made up of some 600 ha of grass and arable land.  There are currently two commercial enterprises, the arable and the beef.  We are constantly looking at ways we can improve the farms performance whilst maintaining efficiency.  The farm is managed using integrated farm management techniques to ensure the business is run with as little impact on the environment as possible. We have always taken a great deal of interest in the landscape and nature found on the farm.  We are proud of our environmental record and encourage as much biodiversity as possible.

We are members of LEAF (Linking the Environment and Farming) and follow their farming philosophy, ensuring the highest welfare standards for our stock and producing quality crops in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
